Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before you pay; delivery is added at checkout based on where you live. Placing an order is a request to buy — the contract is made once your payment is confirmed and we send your confirmation email. If a beanie turns out to be unavailable, or a price was clearly wrong, we'll cancel that part and refund you in full.

Card payments are taken securely by Stripe at the moment you order. We never see or hold your card details.

We deliver to the UK, Europe and the rest of the world, with timescales and rates set out on our shipping & returns page. Your risk in the goods passes to you when they're delivered.

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, and our own returns window is 30 days — see shipping & returns for how both work.

We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms — for example, if your beanie never arrives. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, and nothing limits our liability where the law doesn't allow us to limit it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you ordered is the one that applies to your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
